TCS THERMOSPRAYER special heated emulsion sprayers, available  in several models with various  capacity adapted for different size trucks. The TCS THERMOSPRAYERS are built in two specific versions, characterized by the type of driving functions of the machine: the MEK type, all mechanical machines with automatic gas LPG heating system (diesel on request) and the HYDRA D type, all hydraulic machines with automatic diesel heating system, allowing to have machines suitable to operate on small, medium or large construction sites, like urban maintenance works sidewalks-cycle tracks-patches-trenchees, potholes and or on garden and parks using grit&emulsion. Complete with silenced and powerful diesel engines, high-flow emulsion special pumps with bypass valve for pressure control, washing systems for an easy pipes& pump cleaning, the TCS THERMOSPRAYERS are manufactured with a rear spraying bar available in different models&sizes, mounted on a height-adjustable pantograph, complete with a hand spraying lance to operate in narrow spaces such as in urban areas. Special  versions Lm, with only manual spraying lance are available on request. All the machines are equipped with automatic heating systems for an easy and sure emulsion temperature control: gas LPG or diesel, ensuring a perfect control of the temperature product. The diesel version, using an outlet system, offer the possibility of preheating the emulsion before to departure to the work site, feeding by electric power, shortening the time needed to prepare the product for the spraying and decreasing the operational costs. All versions of the TCS THERMOSPRAYERS have a specific RES recycling emulsion system, with electric remote control, which allows a quick mixing and a rapid heating of the product, preparing it at the correct flow and temperature of use, avoiding the formation of any funds in the tank and making the machines self-cleaning.
